Megan Samuel-Fields

Chief Executive Officer

Megan Samuel-Fields is a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer and Finance Professional, experienced in leadership, receivership management, asset management, strategic financial planning and analysis, financial management.
She has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 25 years, with 13 years in the Telecommunications industry. She is a qualified Attorney-at-Law, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales, and Antigua and Barbuda. She also holds a Masters degree in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change with the University of the Virgin Islands.

Derede Whitlock

Chief Marketing Officer

Derede Whitlock is a marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience. As a motivational leader, she combines effective strategies and insightful analysis to capitalize on marketing opportunities.

As Director of Tourism for Antigua and Barbuda in the United States, her 10-year exceptional track record in tourism marketing and promotions was affirmed through a range of effective campaigns. Whitlock began her career in advertising and worked for a range of Fortune 500 companies in the United States in various industries, including packaged goods, financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology.
She was also Director of Marketing for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Whitlock holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics and a Masters of Arts in International Economics from City College of The City University of New York.

Lisa N. Peters

Chief Operations Officer

Meet the lawyer who has taken the scenic route to building her career. For the past 20 years, Lisa’s extensive professional and international experience have served to develop numerous transferable skills, making a unique combination that integrates with the global economy.

Lisa’s training and career started in the United Kingdom, was furthered in the United States, and is currently expanding in the Caribbean, where her knowledge and professional experience in law and business has made an impression. She has also amassed several years of receivership experience in the financial industry with significant experience addressing real property issues.

Lisa’s interest in humanitarian rights and gender equality, led her to conduct work on the UN Women and Antigua & Barbuda Ministry of National Security & Labour project (Advancing Decent Work for Domestic Workers) contributing to Antigua’s participation in a published study.
